This FIB guy came direct into auto workshop and started asking me passport i didnt do any crime , i know he came to me by seeing my stars in pda , while PDA considered as ooc , as told by bobby sir this is not allowed to search anyone through PDA , the person should commit crime to get arrested

You need IC reason to ask someone for their passport, if your searching for wanted criminals, follow them and wait for them to commit a crime, then you can ask.
