- Life Story: Kai "Mr. Sterling" first set foot in Los Santos 2 years ago and has been known for his gang memberships and leadership since he came to the city. At first he worked gang jobs and gained fame and respect. There is currently no organization or mission in which he is not involved. When he turned 21, He Started Thinking like a criminal. The worst thing you can do to him is betrayal and he will never forgive it. No matter who he is. The fact that he personally stabbed people who were talking to his girlfriend in his youth and went to prison can be a small example of this.
- Carrer Story: Kai has done everything for the people he loves and cares about and has been the best at carrying out the responsibilities that need to be done. After his cousin was murdered while he was the leader of the gang, he shot his cousin's murderer and then returned to the LSPD as in the old days to catch the people who also helped the murderer and to punish them again. He is currently serving as the second command and has almost all the powers, since the shooting of his cousin, his power of revenge has fed him so much that he wants to kill all the gang members even if he is currently serving as a police officer. And he will never give up till he takes revenge.

- Kai can deny/lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in his custody.
- Kai can use illegal firearms and items(drugs,engine blockers) on/off duty that he found after fights through his victims or through his own personal purchases.
- Kai can take part in criminal activities alone, or with his family.(Killing/Robbing/Kidnapping/Torturing)
