And he was telling you to pull over but you did not stop then he saw you will run away with your car that’s why he cuffed you and at that moment you enter your car. Looking at this proof, it can be easily understood that he came to the hospital from i'd number 82228 event. Till now this person is absolutely right, but when you come out of the hospital after the event is over, then the role play is start from him, because you returned after finishing the event and not going to the event, yet in front of your hospital. your gun/weapon came out, even you open carry the Guns, and he have a valid reason to give you pull over, and i can hear his voice he said pull over lots off time but you ignore him untill you not enter G.Z, and they can give you demands in G.Z becoz R.P ( Role Play ) is already start from Hospital, so he have the rights to pull over and arrest you and after that the FIB agent asked you to stop for a moment, even after that you did not stop, ignored your agent, and you knew that he was stopping, so the R.P has started, even after that. You were talking to your friends and on the voice channel (Discord), the rules were clearly yours, and the fib guy who ever cuff you and then you

he is just targeting my family because of some issues, he asked whats your name and as a stranger i ignored him. If i had weapons i have gun liscence too. He cuffed me without asking or giving demands. xD Fail rp.

dont try to cover up your guys xD. and giving admin wrong information. i record all my overlays properly. and if someone open discord to deafen there mouse cursor appears. I do deafen with my numpad keybinds, go learn to use keybinds.

He didnt break any rule, he came from harbour event in which we can go in this event as many times as we want. So he was going to the event.

No Fail RP found from ID 40483.
1. At time stamp 0:24 he had seen you holding gun (valid reason for detaining)
2. At time stamp 1:36 you pressed F to get in vehicle which opens the door and you skipped that animation. When you saw him coming wearing vest you pressed F again to get inside vehicle to evade arrest in the mean time he cuffed you and the script allowed you to enter the vehicle while cuffed because you pressed F before getting cuffed.
3. LEOs are allowed to give demands, arrest and shoot in GZ if the RP situation requires that.

However,
ID 45825 will be punished for mixing
(Mentioning OOC terms in IC is not allowed)

ID 82228 will not be punished for MetaGaming this time
(No clear evidence)​
