so it shows you changed the ''hear players before'' from 6 to 22 which is the player level, so any1 under level 22 you will not hear which is also fail rp as it technically mutes any player under level 22 for you.
also this is not a green zone, you are out of the city so you can be robbed if RP was done correctly.
