I have one account on Steam that I use, and I have two characters that I play with on that account, Jack Frosts 33695 is my main and Jack Frost 24850 which is my twink. What part of that is not allowed? I've played for so long what happened now to get this ban? My daughter has an account too and she plays in the same house as me. I do not use her account and she does not use mine. That is why she has her own account, so we don't share and break the rules.
Is there something I'm missing that you can warn me about and possibly appeal this ban? I would really like to learn and not break this rule again. I wasn't passing money from my twink to my main to consolidate resources which would have been a rule break of 1.8. My twink needs its own money to buy things so I leave its money there where I am supposed to so I can follow the rules.
It sounds to me like I was misunderstanding something I thought I was allowed to do while trying to follow the rules and am very sorry for any rule I have broken.
If this ban is because you think I was also dual wielding my daughters account then this has to be a misunderstanding. We are two separate people that play on two separate computers. My daughter was banned at the same time as me, her account is Amber North 35554 and her twink would be Kirby Ingals 25002.
Again we are very sorry and would really appreciate any education and forgiveness. I really was not trying to teach my daughter how to break rules, I would be a bad parent.
My daughter can make her own request if you want her to. I just asked her to wait until I see what you say from this first appeal.
