Dear Admin,
First, I hope you're doing great. I got a ban for using another recording third party app, I didn't use it. I used Nvidia recording system. But in my POV is no sound of the Fam war gameplay and the sound of the email (discord VC) and also the sound of the game. I Really don't know why, it probably had a glitch or bug. But i figured out what the problem was and i fixed it, so please understand me and as it was my first time getting banned for that type of reason i promise it won't happen again and i will double or even triple check when I'm recording. And please copy the link on the proof section to look at the proof, i don't know how i can put it in another way.
