Hello, I had responded to a Local call from a fellow agent, when I arrive, I noticed someone open carry as well as matching the description given by another agent. This individual then tried to change clothes. I had then handcuffed them, after I was killed and the person, I handcuffed was shot dead to remove them from there handcuffs.

Now some would consider this GR 6.13 but the other person was not yet unconscious so I find this to be more of a Bug Abuse situation GR 6.23 as ID: 116141 knows that killing their friend would essentially "bug" them out of the handcuffs. This action happens all the time and I feel the stronger punishment is reasonable to stop this nonsense.

first of all this was all a rp situation and second the amount of times your friends had nlr and kept coming to rdm us over and over and also is this really a bug abuse?
