Joe grew up poor by his single mother in a small town named Schiedam. Food wasnt always on the table, but he managed to survive anyway. All he had was the love for his family, the kindness in his heart, an ak-74 and 3 handguns. At the age of 15, he dropped out of school to make money for his family, to survive he said. He didnt like to lie because people die for that shit. He wanted an honest job. He just didnt know where to start. His life was hard enough anyway. After talking to the people he knew from the streets by slinging dope and such, he tought to himself: The best way to make money is having 2 incomes and the same time, creating multiple income revenues. So he send out his resume to the local prison. Sell dope and clean floors, what else could he do?
Career Story:
Joe first started his career at the street, getting to know the local hustlers, busters, smugglers, customers, gun runners, rum runners, bubblers, ushers, cutters but also the suckers. He studied them, saw it as a potential way to get out of the shit show he was in. He lended some money, bought stuff, sold in smaller quentities to pay of his debs. When he started working for the local prison, he knew almost all inmates and they knew him aswell. So it was easy to know who to trust and who not to. At the prison he started off as a janitor, not much was going on, just scrubbing floors and slinging dope. He worked his way up, without any real degree, but with pure confidence, he know he could make it. Its still his dream to one day finally take over the city and be a real leader, for the people he loves with all his heart.
Outcomes:
1- Joe will do anything with her close friends & Family, Aiding them in escaping out of custody, to doing illegal activities with them. (Dark Net Function Will be used when aiding in escapes)
2- Joe can search and destroy any bodycams she finds on an individual (/try, Maximum of 2 Times.)
