Rejected Wrong punishment

Yesterday shortly after tsunami I was getting robbed by ballas but I didn’t put my hands up so they called a god which was Shay Wraith and she put me in demorgan for FrearRP then when I fly in tonight and see that I’m in demorgan again I check forums and it’s the same incident but this time I’m punished by Tyrell Johnson. Please do something. I put the link to the incident down below.
