I received a permanent ban because you claimed my account had multiple users, but I'm the sole user. I can provide evidence if needed. The issue arose when I changed my email address in GrandRP and my Epic Games account due to purchasing a new GTA since I lost access to my old Epic account.
I explained the tsory to you Janny, please help.
