Rejected Banned For No Reason I

So i was AFK and i got banned for GR 3.1 i was curious to when and how i checked my id in the forums and nothing. I dont even know what GR 3.1 is currently i understand if i was in the wrong but i want proof of me doing something wrong, cause there is literally nothing in the fourms and i was in my family house in sleeping mode
