I'm not sure if this is the right place for my concern, but we don't have the option to create complaints and select curator of the project on Server #1 | RS.
I was accidentally permanently banned for cheats on Server #1 | RS by Administrator Cengela_Sefovicc.
He even told my colleague that he made a typo and that I have to wait until Sunday until the Chief Administrator Abraham Elkhabib arrives.
I immediately posted a complaint on the forum: Reviewed - Ban for Hakovanje| Cengela Sefovicc
and then I had to wait 3 days for the chief administrator to solve it.
Unfortunately when I tried to log in it said the same thing.
After that I posted again a complaint on the forum: Reviewed - Ban za Cheats| Cengela_Sefovicc
and the Chief Administrator Abraham Elkhabib replied only: You are not banned. Without any explanation or any little help!?
After that I tried to ask him for help via discord. He told me to reset the router. Which I did, on that day x times. Yesterday also, and today even.
Still the same thing: My account is still banned. (I attached the proof from my login attempt today)
It's really sad because I lost a lot of money because of someone else's mistake. And soon I will lose my house too because I can't enter the game and pay taxes.
I am a person who also very willingly and often donates to the server because I enjoy playing.
I hope for a favorable solution.
