"I'm driven to lead the San Andreas Highway Patrol due to my 32 years of city experience and extensive law enforcement background since 5 years ic. With experience across various agencies like SAHP, National Guard, FIB, Government ,LSPD and EMS. From rookie to high command roles, I've led units to events, showcasing my leadership during absences of designated leaders. My 4-term tenure as Chief of Staff in SAHP involved managing HR and IA teams. I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills. My dedication and Experience makes me a strong candidate for this leadership role."

Ideas for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
1.Departments :
A) Employee Relations: Manages the agency's personnel, including recruitment, training, and benefits administration. They conduct interviews for new units, provide training, and clarify doubts relating to event rules and procedures.
B) Integrity Unit: Investigates and prevents misconduct and corruption within the department. They check for active gun licenses, health insurances, backgrounds, and conduct trunk inspections of personal cars of units. They also ensure employees' bodycams are functioning.
C) Public relation : Engages with citizens and maintains a good relationship by conducting events and providing surprise gifts.
D) Gang Suppression Unit (GSU): A special response team that responds first for all GLOBALS placed in the city. They collect evidence of all gangs, work with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and assist FIB in getting evidence for extractions They can go UC which it limited for only SAHP jurisdiction .
E) Highway Patrol: They conduct boarder security , patrol highways Issues tickets for illegally parked vehicles.
2.Clear Radio Communication: Ensure only important information is transmitted via the radio.
3.Regular Bonuses for All Units: Provide regular bonuses to motivate officers.

Store robbery and gun store robberies: 15k
Remaining scripted events: 20k each

Unscripted events like hostage situations: 5k
