ok issue here is that there was no technically ''RP situation'' that started this, it was a car driving from beach market, there was no gunfight between you and them that then they decided to get into there car and leave the ghetto, therefore you cannot chase them around the city shooting them constantly without demands that goes against Gen 6.15, there needs to be an RP reason to chase some1 outside from the ghetto, them driving past does not count. so i can easily punish you for shooting in city with no RP.
