Rejected Blacklist for helping cheater | Floki Vilgeroarson

Hello. I got blacklisted 1 year ago for helping a cheater who i didn't knew at all. At the time couple guys came in to ask if they can turf and our gang leader let them in. I was not leader of the gang OR the turf leader so taking them in wasn't my call. During the day they performed good but i didn't had waterproof evidence of them actually cheating. Until in the evening gang leader daniel DMed me saying come to vagos discord, these 2 are streaming their cheats. I went over the call to see it myself and we were in voice chat for around 5 minutes. While i was playing whole another game (League of Legends) i got screenshot from my friend wich showed me getting blacklisted.
I understand my mistake and that i should have messaged admin right when i had suspision or atleast when i now had waterproof evidence when i saw their cheats. I'm also asking for understanding regarding to the situation that i was playing other game at the moment and i didn't had time to log in to grand right in the exact time to contact admins. In my previous appeals i have gotten answer ''Punishment is not appealable'' meanwhile i have seen other people like Mortal who were also in the voice chat has gotten unblacklist. We had exact same role in this mistake we made, so i don't think it's fair. I'm sorry for my mistakes i made and and i regret them. I just want to enjoy en3 again with my friends and create good rp on the server. Thanks for your time.

I just want 1 more chance to prove myself and im willing to change my punishment into money wipe or anything.
