2 . Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I have served as High Command in every LEO, so I think it's time for me to take up a leadership of an organization and I have also spent majority of my time in the LEO's so I think I will be able to make my term successful without any trouble and I also I am in the city from 1 year so I have a lot of experience of all the LEO's.
• Despite lacking direct leadership roles in the past, my commitment lies in the professional growth of the SAHP team. I want to lead by implementing training programs and mentorship initiatives, ensuring that each officer can reach their full potential. My goal is to build a resilient and skilled police force that can adapt to the dynamic needs of our city.
• I also want to make Los Santos and Paleto Bay crime free after all from the gangs and stuff. So, to accomplish this I would give the highest bonuses and recruit people as much as I can. I would do my best to protect this beautiful city and its citizens.

  • Co operate and work efficiently with other LEO's
  • Regular meetings of High Commands and promotion ceremony on weekends
  • Give the best training to new officers so that they could do their best to protect the city
  • Avoiding Favrotism and making high command only responsible and hard working people
    
    Departments which I will bring in my term -
    
    
    A. Human Resource - They will recruit new individuals, take their interviews, make their logs and give them training so that they can work their best and do their duty which is protecting the citizens from the criminals.
    
    B. Internal Affairs - They will regularly check the officer's logs, licenses, BGC, bodycams and try to reduce corruption as much as they can so that the organization works perfectly and smoothly.
    
    C. SWAT - They will attend every event which are happening and give support to other LEO's by ground or air. They will also find and bursts canabis as much as possible to make the city safe.
    
    D. Highway Patrol Division - They will patrol around the highway and will fine or tow the vehicles which are wrongly parked and arrest those people who are overspeeding or driving recklessly.
