There was fight going on in ghetto there was a guy going on scooter, I didn't even touch him once i don't know how he fell down its a glitch there. And in video i don't meant to ram him and he only got touched by vehicle once. So Please look into it.

If he really thinks i did rule break then acc to RP he have to watch for cars on road too that isn't there any car coming or not he just take out scooter from his ass and start moving.
