Rejected Why was i not warned!

I was suspended for 7 days without warning because I didn't know that swearing was forbidden in the role.
I was hoping for a warning.
I would like at least this time to be shortened because I didn't know I was going to be suspended for that reason.

Rules for filing a complaint:
