Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1 Everytime i wish a Chief of LSPD and today if you approve my application my dreams become real.I will manage this Org aswell when i deputy.I have great Deputy Chief.
2) I will have great communicate with other Law Enforcement State Orgs and win all Store Robs and Subs i have great deputy for that.
3) I have great communicate with other officers.I dont have any ego feeling and any something diffrent for think me higher than others.Because i know where i came this place.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Like I previously stated I have been in high ranks before and this has given me knowledge that If I do become a leader they can ask any questions whether that be about rules or just questions, in general, I can tell them so they then know what to do and not to do.
2)Be friendly.As i said i have no ego feeling and i will communicate friendly with other officers.If they dont know how to fill up logs i will tell them to HRT and they will train them.
3) We will recruit who's knows State rules and city rules if who does rulebreak get a directly fired and blacklist.We will do a good we will enforce strict rules.
-Departments.
1. Human Resources and Traning: They recruit new peoples,take them interview,review applications and give them traning.
2. Special Weapons and Tactics: They will communicate with other State Org and host ghetto patrol and some Special Operations.
3. Internal Affairs: They manage officers and tell them what they need to do.
4. Under Cover : They will collect evidences and send them to FIB.
5. Parking Enforcement: They will tow cars and keep order city with silence and legal parked.
