Hello i saw that;

Your Acc blocked 1.3 Gen rules by Lavi Pluxury. 59 days left.

I didnt do anything about gen rules 1.3 (1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money.)
I didnt fraud any people, there have a big mistake.
Can you look into this situation and remove the ban please?
