ID 55563 will receive a punishment for ER 1.2
(It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts (10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after)
However,
ID 88436 will receive a punishment for ER 1.18
ID 121449 will receive a punishment for ER 1.18
ID 133794 will receive a punishment for ER 1.18
(It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started, and it is not allowed to use high ground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started.)
ID 55563 will receive a punishment for ER 1.2
