Rejected Not helping the EMS when needed

I called out for help when I was getting robbed, and I got a reply from Louie Margiela that what is the issue. Couldn't the issue be understood when I put it in the contact administration that EMS getting robbed? Correct me if I am wrong on this issue and I would like to apologise to Louie beforehand if I am proved wrong.

Why don't you just tell him that "Robbing EMS is against the rules of the server"

Saying that is more like non rp so i didn't do that and instead of threatening them to call gods, i directly called and mentioned really clearly that ems getting robbed and i got a reply that what is the issue. Are you supportive of the issue?
