ruling 1.5 On the spawn of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(Raid) for state employees(LSPD,SAHP,FIB and etc.) as well for crime organisations. there was also a 5 second warning given and a asked to leave twice i was under the assumption that if you warned someone they have to leave regardless of why they where there and if a warning was givin we were clear to defend our ground if they refused to leave. the ghetto is a KOS area and he was warned to leave, left the boundaries and came back, the warning was already given the count down was already given. I shouldn't even had to give a second count down. Also this clip seems to missing a bit of it cause it doesn't show when he entered the hq or any dialogue from him since he entered or the original convo we had when i warned him the first time. not a 100 percent positive but almost that there is a ruling on clip length that you cant cut it has to be the full video this is obviously cut. Also not to point out the obvious he says in his report he didn't know what the red skull is then uses a the wordage "I read a rule that it is forbidden to shoot from the gang base" also calls us the "bloods" a lot to know for not knowing what the red skull is. he learns this very quickly to post this edited video that's only 30 seconds long with no real context. I'm requesting this to be reconsidered seeing that there isn't enough evidence to say i broke any rules which i feel i haven't. This has always been a rule of defending hq from unwelcome guest, ive had admins show up to people trolling hq and us killing them and they said it was aloud as long as a warning was givin. If it isn't i request the ruling that says the specific wordage " i can not shot someone after warning them to leave more then once and counting down that i have to call and admin". also the rule he uses that was accepted was i cant be in my hq shooting out of it not that i couldn't defend my hq from people ive asked to leave. also inn the clip which agin is very much edited and cut to fit this problem you can hear me say i gave him more then enough time implying that wasn't the first warning. this man in my opinion is either trolling or is a twink.
