Fell was born in Delhi, where his father was involved in illegal activities like selling guns and drugs. His family life was tough, with his mom suffering because of his dad's problems. When Fell was still young, he had to take care of his sick mom all by himself because his dad wasn't there for them. Sadly, his mom passed away due to cancer, leaving Fell feeling lost and alone in the world.
But then Fell found a true friend in Sigma Rich. Together, they decided to leave behind the troubled streets of Delhi and start fresh in a big city called Los Santos. Life in Los Santos wasn't easy, though. They faced a lot of challenges, from finding a place to live to making enough money to survive. But through it all, they never gave up hope for a better life.
In Los Santos, they encountered all kinds of people and situations. Some were friendly and helpful, while others were dangerous and deceitful. Despite the risks, Fell and Sigma Rich tried their best to stay out of trouble and make honest livings. They wanted to leave their troubled past behind and make up for their mistakes by doing good in the world.
Their journey was filled with ups and downs, successes and failures. But through perseverance and determination, they kept pushing forward, dreaming of a brighter future amidst the chaos and uncertainty of the big city. And though the road ahead was still long and challenging, they faced it together, knowing that as long as they had each other, they could overcome anything.
Outcomes:
1- Fell can be a hostage if he is bribed
2- Fell can easily take 1v2 clutch with his street fight training.( Will Show Fear When Needed)
3- Fell can break body cam's and smash them up. (By following Gen rule 6.1).
4- Fell is very good and experienced driver and can go off roads. (No Non RP driving).
5- Fell can assist state organization or gangs in obtaining intel or evidence ( no meta gaming)
6- Fell can torture someone if they fail to provide him with information
7- Fell can keep 2 truth serums with him. Which can inject using /do injects truth serum
8- Fell can carry a hidden bodycam 24/7 in his belt to ensure pov of all situations ( will have to reset by using rp commands everyday)
9- Fell can take police officers and civilians as hostages following ransom rules and demand ransoms of varying amounts ( 100,200,300,400k)
