Rejected Improper decision | Dexter Broddy

Link to my Forums is provided as proofs the FIB cop ran while he placed me in cuffs and dragging me with his arms forum is rejected no punishment for PG given by admin reviewing. Can any higher admin please review it and make a proper decision ?

Its happens to me aswell sometimes while patch up and pressing W its run like this he went only 1 meter not running around city and u in his hands

But he ran when he was dragging me with his arms and that's a rule break even if its 1 meter so he should be punished for breaking the server rules and the way he and his friend reacted/replied with intention to troll me on forums is not done.
