this isnt about a complaint and i know im not in the right format for this post but i really need someone to help me i wanna apologise to jonny odds for saying bad shit to him for no reason at all when i should of been perm banned i just want a second chance and get back into city as a grind for 2 years or so please reconsider and i can show you guys how cheaters get back into the city its called a spoofer i dont own one but i have like same thing it dosent work its just a thing to show you guys please help me
