This is completely IC issue I spoke with the leader and deputy of LI they told they never received complaint from Clients regarding this issue.
If you complaint to Leader or Deputy and they don't take any action then you should reach on forums.
For now I had a word with Leader & Deputy both; Talk to them ICly they will compensate you.​
