2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) First I have experience in National Guard and I know all events which are happening in city.
2) Second I will conduct all Solders training every weak of my term weather they are High Ranking Officers or Private Rank officers so that they can protect the base of NG or Reinforcement and most important I will give training of Shooting.
3) Third I will make sure that all solders must know how to fill logs of Patrolling, there Shifts, Events attended and many more.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1) I will make Sure that all my solders must be in touch with me and all High Command through Providing them NG Emails
2) I will create one department of training so that all solders must get training in 3 forms Phase 1 Phase 2and Phase 3
