Approved Ballas Gang | Multiple Rulebreaks

I didnt want to take this oocly due to my rp preference in dealing with situations however this cant be ignored. In the proof im providing the gang members clearly state that the LEOs have 30 seconds to leave or they will be opened fire on. Listening to these demands we begin to move from the area due to lack of numbers but my deputy assures me we can take control of the situation. Once the 10-10s begin the leos begin to overpower the ballas gang however half way through we are notified that they have taken leos hostage at the store (mid gunfight). Attempting to icly deal with this i attempt to make contact with the ballas by putting my gun away and trying to talk with them however even without a weapon i must be that much of a threat that they gun me down on the spot. After two admins turn up questioning what they have just witnessed we bring the situation to a close and are told to post a forum. I then move around the store area to find the remaining ballas to tell them the situation is over and i find 3 ballas members with 2 leos hostaged inside the store I walk in and am told "leave or we kill the hostages". 3 ballas 2 hostages numbers arent adding up for me. Overall it was a complete disaster from the gang side and the one rule break you may see from leos is that there is the sahp greenzone that intersects the store area (we didnt even know we were in a greenzone until it was mentioned by my deputy and we left that area of the store straight away (not sure why theres a greenzone at a store robbery tbh)

Please review this and inform me of any mistakes I have made and any rules they didnt break that i am accusing them of

green zone issue mentioned in report, report was delayed due to technical issues regarding the upload of pov. Id appreciate an extension to the time allowed

no matter if u say (oh we didnt know it was a gz and we left straight away) u were still in the gz and shooting from it. So if u want ballas to get a warning for that and considering its over 48hours of the pov time then you should get a warning as well for abusing gz.

As the curator for FIB and in the name of SAHP how can we blame LEOS shooting/abusing the GZ when the GZ itself is in the circle.

Will be asking the High Admins about this problem. But my opinion there should be no punishment from State side since they literally left the GZ.​

We had the hostages all along so never took anyone during the gunfight. After the gunfight the people inside still had a hostage and wanted to roleplay their way out of it. I don't know if roleplaying is illegal but as far as I know that's fine.

You had 1 hostage which head popped and then your guys gave LEO's 30 seconds to leave (assuming you gave up on the hostage situation) after that you literally pulled up ANOTHER hostage after all that gunfight ? Bruh. Are you seriously gonna say you didn't break any rules here
