Dear Mazhor ,

I have realised that the penalty given to me is more than what is written in the rules and I would like your support in this regard. The penalty I received 1.7 All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban. But I was sentenced to 60 days and I have completed 11 days of the 60 days. Tyrell replied to 2 locations, but 2 of them asked for POV from the same event, so I was penalised for 60 days when I should have been penalised for 30 days.

For the same event on the same day, the same family asked for POV 2 times and therefore 2 times penalty time was added.
I want help with the subject.

1. Make complaint only in case if you already posted for high admins and they did not help you.
2. Complaints for curator of the project ONLY for management level complaints. You can't appeal your warning or 7 days ban. You can appeal only permanent or long-term bans.
