On April 2nd, Senior Administrator Mohamed Pluxury accepted a turf refutation on a turf played by Ballas against Families (Turf was played 29.03.2024).
The refutation was accepted because according to Ballas " u can see from their POV when he came near zone u can see notification at top right turning off and as u can see when he came near zone he got notification of leaving zone on middle of his screen as you know these things happen when they leave from zone". In our pov
our players character does not leave the zone but the timer pops up because of a bug where if u go in the vicinity a timer will pop up for leaving zone. Our player never left the zone as seen here

I really did not want to make an admin complaint but I was told by Mohamed after presenting this evidence that this is the only way to reverse a Senior Admins turf decision.
