Ronan use to live in Italy he lived a rich life and had a huge wealth. Ronan's dad was a Gang leader who had many enemies and his mom was killed by an opossing Gang. After that Ronan ran away to Sandy shores and was adopted by gang members, he was taught all gang ways and had immense gun training. Every time Ronan saw the Gang members killing civillians he remembered his mom.
One day he saw some low ranks commiting a homocide to a woman and his son, all he thought was when his mother was killed in front of him. When he requested the gang members not to torture the child they abused them and sexually harassed him. He was in hospital for 2 weeks and after that he ran away from the gang, after knowing that the gang tried to hunt him and kill him. He worked for 7 years in farm and didn't have many to eat sometimes.
After 7 years he joined the National Guard as he didn't have any work and the gangs where trying to kill him. The general specially trained Ronan taught him to use heavy guns and snipers. As he growed up in sand shores and saw SAHP doing work all time he joined SAHP after getting a transfer. He climbed the ranks to SWAT and was fully trained in Special operations. After 5 years he left the SAHP as he wanted to become a detective and joined the LSPD when there was a recruitment going on , he climed the ranks and became Captain of Detectives.
Ronan saw crimes, homocides and robbing and promised that he won't rest till the time he put all criminals behind the bar. He still has nightmares of his mother and all the people he saw dying. He is specially trained in undercover operations and has special tactic training. He has training to handle all guns.
OUTCOMES
1) Ronan is able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers only 2 times per situation
2) Ronan can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce the sentence
3) Ronan will be able to work with informants to be able to pay for information or evidence
4) Ronan will be able to sell illegal weapons that he picked up to make trust to criminals for evidence
5) Ronan can smash and break any bodycams
6) Ronan can Drug people so they will forget what happened 2 hours before
