2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- Out of all the gangs, I have spent most of my time in bloods so I have a different feeling and passion for this gang and i would like to continue my passion by taking of the leadership of this specific gang and it would also be easy for me to bring members into the gang as me and my family is well known around the city and also bloods itself is a big gang.
- I have also received a place for turf deputy so that I can complete my one goal which is to get 100℅ turf and get the maximum area capture and also I am available at morning, evening and night so I can manage the gang all day.
- Being Under Deputy in bloods 3 times in a row gained me the experience to manage a gang and also I learnt how to run a gang smoothly and efficiently. So I think I would be able to complete my term under 2 warnings.
- I would also choose the deputies carefully so that the gang could get less warnings and if a deputy breaks a server rule, I would directly blacklist him and bring in a more responsible deputy. I want to end my term with no warnings after all.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
- High bonuses to attract people and keep the gang active.
- Minimum 3 store Robberies a day including gun store
- Attend all events like Battleship, clands, subs, etc which are happening around the city
- Try to teach new citizens the fun and experience of gang
- Aiming for 100% turf
- Aiming for 100% spray
- Aiming for 9k Or 10k per hour spray profit
