I think this guy using range cheats becuz there is not other explanation, while i couldnt deal any damage from the same distance all his bullets hit me. Im not sure about ID if its same guy who was shooting at me and killed me

After i check it again the guy who killed me its my behind but who was shooting at me is different person. We have checked the POV's from my friends who is in escobar
The guy who was shooting at me is ID 374375

Its range cheat.How come his bullets come when mine don't go? There is a 3 people and i was damaged by all of them.
