Hello, I have an account, but it was banned by Rockstar, and I want to return to the server. I bought a new account. Can I register to the server with the same main account and old password, but from another Rockstar and from the same computer and the same IP?

As long as details used to open the account is the same as current and no random connection to other accounts happen you will be fine.​
