As I returned southwards after driving out to a global incident, and on my way back to LSPD HQ this person started following me and crashing into me, in such a bad fashion that I even had to make others move out of the way to not get hurt, I also had to abandon the vehicle as I was needing a faster car to ride out to a local incident, he waited for me till I got out to continue harrassing and crashing into me, so I stopped to see what he was going to do next as I was honestly hopeless for clues of what to do otehr than contacting an admin. He then popped away afterwards, then however it was too late to respond to the local.
I tried also to communicate with him but no response.
This is honestly one of the worst cases I have seen so far.
