How the Dear Abood decide to give me GR 6.17 from a video that 30 sec long?

i always record with Nvidia experience for my laptop and all my POVs that i shared before with it.

i think because i moved between the 2 screens i have and he saw the mouse going right and left he thought that im using OBS.

im asking for a higher rank administrator to take this case and give the proper decision.

even after checking the POV i didn't move the mouse i just opened the M menu and close it fast then i open it again!
