How the Dear Abood decide to give me GR 6.17 from a video that 30 sec long?

i always record with Nvidia experience for my laptop and all my POVs that i shared before with it.

i just opened the M menu and close it fast then i open it again!

im asking for a higher rank administrator to take this case and give the proper decision.

//this is 3ed time im getting punished in game when im asking for admin(Abood) to watch situation and now im thinking that Abood start targeting me.
