I was just banned for admin disrespect for playing music near beach market with 1 other player in my voice range. Its late at night 400 people in cuty and little to do. I added an admin ticket ingame saying "I wish you would use a little bit common sense when muting me:. This resulted in the same admin banning me for 30 days.

I'm a 26k id. Ive been consistently a loyal member of the project for 2 and a half years. Saying "I wish the admin used more common sense:" is simply not admin disrespect. This is literally the most extreme punishment for trying to prompt a conversation over one of the simplest enforceable rules, ie music in gz. There was zero disrespect if you look back at my admin messages. I could have been very mad about this but i did not. i chose to take a professional deminor. This senerio did not effect a single persons RP, the only other person around me was enjoying his time in the server more because of what i was doing, and this was met with one of the most harsh punishments an admin can give and did not serve to make the server any better.

I used no cuss words, i used to argumentative language. It was no place for a 30 day ban for a circumstance that effected no one and everyone around me was complaining on my behalf and was enjoying what i bring to the server, and i did not disrespect the admin or the server.

You are telling me this is professional?? You will speak to Alex ODD and James Pluxury the same way?

Simply asking someone to use common sense does not rise to the level of admin disrespect.

Please refer to general rule 5.3
- Insulting the administration is strictly prohibited. - otherwise 7 day ban.

Even if you believe this is fair. The rule says if i "insulted admin" its a 7 day ban.
