Reason 1:
I love Ballas, I have always had most enjoyment in ghetto. On this specific project, i've seen a lot of action in ghetto. I want to be given a chance to show what i am capable of in terms of leading people, leading a gang and being very active. I believe i have what it takes to become the best leader to ever step foot in this city, if given a chance.
Reason 2:
Because i have a lot of experience from my past i would love to share with other players, i have played here for over 4 months now and over that time i adapted to the city and been active more than gang leaders themselves. I have managed other gangs very well, and now i want to put all my efforts into a leadership position and hopefully motivate others to want to attend events and more.
Reason 3:
I want to create a place where people respect each other, where people want to come and want to be involved in everything being done, where people can rise through ranks not just by getting them for being "known" but for working hard and being active, i want to dominate Ghetto and become the gang everyone talks about. - I will ensure ALL/MOST events will be attended, with me or without.
- I will invite only people who speak english or have a good understanding.
- I will ensure the warehouse is always filled for peoples use for events ONLY.
- I will make sure graffiti profits are given more than once or twice a day.
- I will create a bonus system for everyone's hard work.
- I will complete all weekly events without any issues.
- I will help and guide new players.
