Harvey Divinus is a dedicated National Guard soldier committed to the security of America and the welfare of society. Harvey Divinus had led a rather ordinary life for many years. In his youth, he had missed out on many opportunities and had yet to fully realize his potential. However, one day, his life took a dramatic turn.
Living as an ordinary young man in a small town, Harvey decided to join his country's National Guard, the national reserve military force. This decision not only changed his own life but also altered the perspectives of those around him.

Later, he thought that he was making too little money in his job and wanted to become corrupt.

2- Harvey can carry, use, sell and buy illegal items from other people or black market (except organization weapons and items) (Of course while being off-duty)
3- Harvey can conceal his identity and initiate in all sorts of illegal activities (similar to outcome 2, while being off-duty)
4- Harvey can release his 10-15s if he wants to (with an rp reason)
5- Harvey can take the ammunition or weapons dropped by criminals. (while not in active gun fight)
6- Harvey can refuse to show his ID or provide a lawyer to a 10-15
7- Harvey can smash and destroy bodycams if found (by providing proper rp and using the /try commands. Limited by 2 per situation)
8- Harvey can become a hostage for a bribe of 100k maximum due to the crimanls he met while he was working for National Guards long time.
9- Harvey can Torture/ threaten when he feel its needed to get specific information.
10- Harvey can lie in some specific scenarios to hide his corruption
