The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: I made a state wave telling citizens about the BMX race. Once people started showing up I got them to show me their passports, I then got my colleagues to set up some obstacle to make the race more fun for the contestants. When it was set up I started the race with a count down from 5. As the race started I rushed to place the last obstacle for the race and then moved to the finish line to see who came first. Once the winner crossed the line we congratulated him and gave him his winnings.
How is the event won?: The event is won by being the first person to cross the finish line.
Prize for the winner: $150k
