Rejected Banned for something i didnt even do

So I get punished for GR 6.17 when I stated it was recorded with geforce experience multiple times and explained why the cursor moves and you cant see anything because im simply not doing anything i literally pressed ` by accident and didnt know how to get out of it. Who in their right mind would alt tab to check something in the middle of a gunfight? explain this to me a 30 day ban for what lol.
