In the report, you can see I reported that agent for no RP cause she cuffed without any RP, and then the admin rejected the report saying

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report
All RP ends when an admin is in the area​

He is saying all the RP ends then how is that fib agent still cuffing that player while admin was there ??

As i see in initial THREAD the admin have solved situation with guys in front, and on that backside it was not related to what was in front... Please provide longer footage of that initial case so it will contain at least 1 minute before this incident and 1 minute after

RP stopped for those guys in FBI vests and guy in White GRAND shirt, and from video CLEARLY have been seen that NO rp was made between them, and on back side situation as not somehow related to this front one, IF admin comes that DOES NOT MEAN THA whole city will stop RP until admin goes out...
So from Part 1 POV was clearly seen that admin told to guy to go away from situation which admin is solving on that time... so guy went away from it... so what happened after that with guy is NOT even close somehow related to situation solved by admin. So don't see any problem in whole situation at all...
