1 --> With all my Grand RolePlay experiance and as i serve Deputy rank in all Gangs, I understand how gangs work and knows all type of rules, and how to keep things running smoothly.​

2 --> I want to help Ballas gang grow and become more powerful organization in the city. I will do this by finding new peoples around the city and guide them very well, making alliances with other gangs in the state, and new ways to make money.

3 --> I will make sure everyone in the gangs gets along and feels like they belongs to a Gangster Organization. I motivate people by working together and we will be ready to face any problems in the future.

3. Your advice to improving RolePlay level in the organization.

1 --> By participating in events on a daily basis, the Ballas gang can increase visibility and presence in the city. Regular involvement in activities such as , Store Robberies, Turf Wars, or Hostage Situation.

2 --> I will hire active High Commands in which they always active for recruitment and guide the peoples very well.

3 --> Make a good Bonus system which can make peoples interest in joining events.​

4 --> I will try to avoid rule-break as to have a successful term of Ballas gang and i have to try to bring a better Roleplay experiance to my members.
