Background:
Not much is known about Xoza, or his family background. Growing up in London he is from a family of extreme wealth, however, the source of that wealth is still unknown. Both his father and mother have been implicated in drugs, arms, and human trafficking; however, this has never been tied to their income or assets. As for Xoza, at this time there is nothing to suggest he is involved, although his bank account also leaves a lot to be desired. His race is entirely unknown, although of British citizenship originally, he is believed to be of mixed-race Hispanic descent.
Growing up he made his way effortlessly through his schooling, often finishing top of his class. As a boy he was often reserved, but always knew how and when to speak up and act up. Somewhere along the way this turned into throwing his weight around, and him using his presence to intimidate others and get what he wanted. Of course, it was only after "growing up" that he made use of this fully, venturing into small-time drugs dealing in the UK, before eventually graduating with a small fortune in his back pocket, and moving to LS. Luckily, he landed in LS a free citizen having never left a trace of evidence of his previous affairs, which meant his beginnings were even more sweet.
Beginnings in LS:
Upon landing he met a contact that would last up until this very day. A clever man himself, he took Xoza under his wing and showed him the ropes of the city. The economy here was different, and Xoza soon found himself manning a 30-panel solar farm up in the remote hills, before then cashing in. While steadily building his bank account Xoza was set on learning the mechanics of the city, what made people tick, and what stacked the bills the highest. Alongside large-scale battery production, he spent his long beginning years in LS gaining experience all over the city, from truck driving, to mining, fishing and even piloting illegal packages overseas. It was after some time that he realised legal construction work received HUGE sums to erect buildings, you just had to have the tradesman knowhow. So, having already put in the man hours, it was time to put in a few more. This time however, the pay cheques were too big to handle, and it was only a matter of time before Xoza led a full-time team of workers, earning millions upon millions a week.
Slowly building his empire, Xoza decided to call some favours in from back home. A few days later and a few more million arrives, which is when his plan truly started to come together. After laying the foundations in battery productions, Xoza then used the cash from back home, and the cash he had earnt in LS, to purchase and complete a bunker fit for manufacturing a whole list of firearms, armour, and hacking equipment. This would be powered at dirt rates; with the batteries he had produced himself. Next was routinely growing, weed of course, which then led back into legal growing, and the purchasing of three garden properties. Even better, he purchased a legal business to launder some money through, helping with efficiency. Things had truly started to come together, and from here the only way was up...
Current Situation in LS:
Despite all this success, there was yet to be a "front" for the fortune. After several phone calls, Xoza managed to have his history buried deep, for a chance to place himself deep into the various organisations of the city. These would be the "front" to his fortune, and while he worked hard, his bunker employees would be working even harder. After considering what organisation would be best, and having experienced some of the others, he settled on National Guard as an excellent starting place, where he has so far made some good contacts and had an excellent time conducting his duties.
Outcomes:
1) Xoza can continue manufacturing in his bunker of all illegal items.
2) Xoza can use an already-established safehouse to store said items.
3) Xoza can list illegal items on the black market. (Perhaps x3 a week, or time limit if required).
4) Xoza can recover guns and ammunition from non-NG bodies and keep them for sale or donate them to his family.
5) Xoza can wear a mask off-duty, including balaclava (purchased from black market).
6) Xoza can grow weed for personal consumption (not to be used whilst in NG).
7) Xoza can accept bribes.
8) Xoza can drive illegally in the city.
9) Xoza can take part in illegal family events/business.
10) Xoza can use the dark web to purchase licenses.
