Life story:
Uday Rizz born in an average middle class family in an area where local Indian gangs and rich mafia of Delhi often clashed. Contrary to his father Uday was very keen in this violence and was leaned towards rich mafia and aspired to be his hitman one day. Observing his behaviour, father decides to illegally immigrate him to Los Santos where Uday can make fortune and his mind can overcome Delhi mafia. Upon reaching there in 2022, Uday comes to know about war between West Mafia and Sinaloa De Cartel, to satisfy his dream and bloodlust, Uday joins Sinaloa and does every sort of crime but Sinaloa sees its darkest period and Uday has to leave. In his time in the city Uday realised that he has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to corrupt cops as bribe and thinks if he joins LSPD he can do all sorts of corruption and make money off of it.
Career story:
Uday's first term in LSPD was a short one as the leader got arrested, but for the next term he has come full prepared. Uday has already scoped out all the routes to DOC and safe places, where he can take his rich suspects and deal with them. Uday has also spotted some safe places in his HQ where he can hide his personal weapons in case if IA comes to know of his corruption he can at least defend himself. Uday is now a HC in a criminal family, if Uday is in trouble, the shooters know good places near HQ and on the route to DOC to break free Uday before he reaches DOC if he gets arrested.
Outcomes:
1- Uday can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
2- Uday can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Uday can engage in any type of criminal activities if he feels to.
