This guy is in communication on discord and why is he not being punished for mg even though the voices are heard. Isn't in-game discord communication prohibited? different sounds are heard in the recording. It seems that these sounds are not in-game sounds.

If you actually follow RP then no one would be in this situation, and he did not even say anything, its hardly meta. you should just request to close this post IMO.
