2.) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1.) I want to make FIB more efficient and great. By that I mean to not rule over other legal orgs causing damage to the reputation of the FIB.
2.) I want to train my FTOs to do there jobs correctly and train like they are supposed to. In this case I’ve seen a lot of FIB employees have been doing there job in correctly and not filling there duty’s.
3.) I want to Lead FIB to the top and make the best out of the city. By this I mean I want to give everyone the best experience and time they’ve had in the org as a hole I want them to feel like family and not like another employee.

3.) Your advises for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.) Training and videos explaining there expectations and there duty’s.
2.) will explain the difference between ooc Situations and ic situations so there is no confusion.
3.) will make communication better in the org making everyone have better skills in call outs and good coms on a situation.
4.) bonus payouts to the High command when a hostage or global situation is handled correctly by Officers on duty in FIB this will encourage training to be done right
5.) doing the job correctly and staying on task making sure all FTOs are aware of all rules, city laws, and event rules.
