Rejected perm unban appeal

I was blacklisted from everywhere and everything just for being associated with another project and I was just a normal player in this city/here. I was put on a perm ban just for that and was labeled as disrespect. this city is where my rp journey started and have learned so much I've also been gone for over a year or close to and would really like to enjoy the city here again. thanks in advance
